We are fully staffed per facility census.
We offer independent Wound Care physician, Psychiatrist, Podiatrist, Optometrist, and Medical
Director.
Yes. With advanced notice to our Nursing Department and physician approval, Residents/Patients may
leave the Facility to visit family and friends or participate in group outings.
Chapel Hill has private and semi-private rooms. Private rooms are generally reserved for those residents
who meet certain medical-need criteria.
Please call the Business Office who will be happy to discuss our rates with you. Contact the facility at
410-922-2443 and ask to speak with Business Office.
Chapel Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation offers pharmacy services for its residents/patients. Medications
from home can be discussed with our Nursing Department anytime.
Our rehab patients often receive therapy seven days a week.
We are a secure facility, and all doors have wander guards and/or key pads.
Transportation to and from medical appointments is arranged for our residents through licensed
contractors.
Yes, patients can transition to long term care. based on Clinical evaluation. In many cases, however,
transfer to an assisted living facility would suit a patient's needs better.
